Hotels and tours — yes. We book accommodation and experiences on your behalf, using your own credentials and with your approval at every step. Flights — no. You book your own flights directly with airlines, keeping full control of your fares, loyalty points, and confirmations. We provide expert flight route guidance to make that process straightforward.

Most itineraries are delivered within 5–7 business days of your consultation. Bespoke Journey clients receive a more comprehensive planning document and may have a 7–10 business day turnaround. We'll always confirm your timeline upfront.

Essentials ($399) covers a single destination with a detailed day-by-day itinerary, accommodation recommendations, and a curated list of restaurants and experiences. Explorer ($799) spans two destinations or a more complex multi-city route, with deeper local insight and an optional 30-minute follow-up call. Bespoke Journey ($1,499) is our full white-glove service — unlimited destinations, multiple revision rounds, a 1-hour planning call, and a printed itinerary booklet posted to your door.

Our core expertise is the UK and Ireland — Scotland, England, Wales, and all of Ireland. We also cover popular European extensions including the Amalfi Coast, Santorini, and Rome for clients who want to combine a British Isles trip with a Mediterranean leg.

Explorer and Bespoke Journey packages include a video call — 30 minutes for Explorer, 1 hour for Bespoke Journey. The Essentials package is fully handled over email and your trip planning form submission.

If you need to cancel before we've begun work on your itinerary, we offer a full refund. Once the planning process has started, we're unable to offer refunds — but we'll always do our best to find a solution if your travel plans change.
